Description

Ipamorelin is a penta-peptide hormone (Aib-His-D-2-Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH2),

a growth hormone secretagogue and a small molecule ghrelin mimetic

developed by Novo Nordisk. Ipamorelin belongs to the most recent

generation of GHRPs and causes significant release of growth hormone.

Similar to GHRP-6 and GHRP-2, it suppresses somatostatin and increases

the stimulation and release of Growth Hormone (GH) from the anterior

pituitary. Currently, there are few clinical trials involving Ipamorelin, which

were first being studied in the 90s. Ipamorelin significantly increases

plasma growth hormone (GH) levels in both animals and humans. In

in addition, Ipamorelin stimulates body weight gain in animals. Like GHRP-6,

Ipamorelin does not affect prolactin, follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH),

luteinizing hormone (LH), or thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) levels.

Ipamorelin is a sterile, non-pyrogenic, white lyophilized powder intended

for subcutaneous or intramuscular injection, after reconstitution with sterile

Water for Injection.

Mechanism of Action

The main effects of lpamorelin are GH secretion stimulation, appetite

promotion, fat mass decrease and muscle mass increase, lowering of

cholesterol level, skin and bones state improving, defense of the liver and

anti-inflammatory action.

After an athlete administers Ipamorelin, a selective pulse is sent that

stimulates the hypothalamus/pituitary to release GH. This pulse can endure

for approximately three hours after injection. Once the GH pulse is sent, the

cells go directly to the muscle to support development while staying clear of

any possible bone or cartilage growth. This is good for lpamorelin users, as

long term usage will affect lean body muscle growth without the possibility

of experiencing any bone or cartilage deformities. Ipamorelin will increase

cell synthesis, elevate secretion levels of insulin from pancreatic tissue,

and increase ghrelin in the stomach — which helps release GH and control

hunger. All of these functions work to promote fat loss, shuttling of

nutrients, and building clean muscle mass.

Adverse reactions

lpamorelin Peptide is generally very well tolerated by most individuals

when used at the recommended dosages of up to 200mcg per injection.

• Increased cortisol levels
• Lower libido
• Increased prolactin levels
• Possible gynecomastia

Instructions for reconstitution

Flip off the top of the peptide vial with your thumb. Use the alcohol swab to wipe the

rubber stopper of the peptide vial. Push the needle of the syringe into the middle of the

rubber stopper so it goes through the rubber and into the vial. Now, while angling the

needle so that the water for injection goes down the side of the glass, rather than

directly into the powder, inject the water for injection into the vial. Repeat this step until

you have the correct amount of water in the vial. The powder will dissolve quickly,

however it can help to gently roll the vial in between your fingers (do not shake the vial

vigorously). Remove the syringe and dispose of it. You should never re-use a syringe.

Dosage

Recommended dosage of Ipamorelin:

• 100mcg (0.10mg) once per day for anti-aging.
• Between 400-600 mcgs, divided in two or three doses per day for

muscle gain and fat loss, directed via subcutaneous injections.

Storage

• After reconstitution, may be stored for a maximum of 14 days in a refrigerator at 2°C — 8°C.
• Store vials in an upright position.
• Store in a refrigerator (2°C — 8°C). Keep in the outer carton in order to protect from light.
• For one month can be stored at room temperature.
