Hexarelin is the strongest of all GHRP. The structure of the amino acid is that of a
hexapeptide known to help promote the release of growth hormone (GH). The
mechanism of action is not yet fully understood by scientists. However, what we
know is that hexarelin has the ability to act both on the pituitary gland and the
hypothalamus. It is known to give the largest release of GH than any other GHRP.
Like other peptides, hexarelin has the ability to help promote more production of
natural growth hormone, and it will not shut down the production of the body’s ability
to produce GH. Hexarelin has been shown in studies to increase bone mineral
density, mitosis and meiosis, fat loss, connective tissue strengthening, and
improved skin elasticity.

Mechanism of Action
The main effects of Hexarelin are GH secretion stimulation, appetite promotion, fat
mass decrease and muscle mass increase, lowering of cholesterol level, skin and
bones state improving, defense of the liver and anti-inflammatory action.
When Hexarelin is given as a subcutaneous injection, it activates the pituitary via a
pulse, just like GHRP-6, and helps circulate growth hormone in the body. Unlike
GHRP-6, it does not induce any hunger side effects. Hexarelin has the ability to not
only raise the level of GH in the body but to also suppress somatostatin, which is the
main culprit that inhibits GH from being released. This means that there will be more

Instructions for reconstitution
Flip off the top of the peptide vial with your thumb. Use the alcohol swab to wipe the
rubber stopper of the peptide vial. Push the needle of the syringe into the middle of the
rubber stopper so it goes through the rubber and into the vial. Now, while angling the
needle so that the water for injection goes down the side of the glass, rather than
directly into the powder, inject the water for injection into the vial. Repeat this step until
you have the correct amount of water in the vial. The powder will dissolve quickly,
however it can help to gently roll the vial in between your fingers (do not shake the vial
vigorously). Remove the syringe and dispose of it. You should never re-use a syringe.
Recommended dosage of Hexarelin:
- 100mcg (0.10mg) once per day for anti-aging.
- Between 400-600 mcgs, divided in two or three doses per day for muscle gain and
fat loss, directed via subcutaneous injections.
- After reconstitution, may be stored for a maximum of 14 days in a refrigerator at 2°C — 8°C.
- Store vials in an upright position.
- Store in a refrigerator (2°C — 8°C). Keep in the outer carton in order to protect from light.
- For one month can be stored at room temperature.
